302efi whistle ????
I just spent 2 weeks working on my car new interior and rebuilt motor every thing is running great but when I accelerate my car makes a whistleing noise that sounds exactly like a turbo dose anyone have any ideas

What type/brand intake and throttle body do you have?

I vote for the old "GT-40 Whistle". I have heard this sound from just about every one of these intakes I have seen installed on a 5.0.
Of course it also could be the throttle body. If it's from BBK.

yep BBK's are infamous
my friend has a 70 mill BBk on a stock gt(except for exhaust and CAI and it sounds like that
its waaaaay to fuckin big for his stock ass car, but i think he likes it cuz it sounds like a mini turbo
hes showing ricer tendancies
