Mod Motor People I Need Your Help

I am now leaning towards getting another Crown Vic. (Sport model) because there is little to nothing you can do to the LS.
I know some of the mods you can do to the 4.6's but go ahead and list off the ones that are most effective for the money. Keep in mind this will be a new car so I can not do any crazy shit like a blower that will kill the warranty.
Feel free to list off more than one.

mod motors are especially responsive to :
exhaust (h pipe) stock manifolds are "OK"
mass air is a lil' restrictive .... stock TB is a 65mm so it is pretty good form the start
and timing.... they like a good 14- 15*
alot of people have done just pullies , h pipe, timing adj and mass air and got some really good gains...... look on corral
anyhing that you can do to the mustang 2v you can pretty much do to the vic's and t birds......

Same motor as the Mustangs but with more room to get around them.
Anything else ?
4.10's
chip- take out that damn 108mph limiter
O/R H-pipe(no it doesn't run rich)
nittos
With the chip u can 4 mods in one(timing, shift points, a/f, and remove the speedo limiter) Plus taking the chip out defaults to factory settings too.
That would be a pretty quick land yacht if u ask me. U can keep the stock catback so it'll sound quiet. -Mark
