went up a whopping $69 over 6 months .. lol
now about $1700 for 6 months (Aussie - single - 27 - RWD V8 - No house) ..hehe

Um, I doubt your citizenship is an issue. How long you have held a US drivers license is.
FYI:
01 Cobra, 27, Male, no house (for a few more months) -- 700/6 months. (Safe Driver -- no points for > 5 years)
And our cars are roughly the same except IRS.
