Why? The small injectors will still flow the same rate no matter how much the pump is able to flow.

Like Mars said, the extra volume is just going to be sent back to the tank.

ill prolly go 255 since its easier to change out the injectors then it is the fuel pump.

Good Choice

Walbro GSS307 Price $109.99
In-Tank pump 255lph @ 70psi up to 600hp

Walbro GSS340 $122.99
In-Tank pump 255lph @ 80psi up to 750hp

price depends on where ya get it.

Why? The small injectors will still flow the same rate no matter how much the pump is able to flow.

Why? who wants to change the fuel pump twice? He can add plenty of mods and not have to worry about it.

but the injectors have to run at like 80 psi, it takes a bigger pump to run enough fuel......

on a dry kit the injectors pressure gets spiked up reallt high, which takes a big pump and makes the injectors more prone to failure.....(depending on how high)

for instance, you could support 450 hp with 24# injectors at about 90 psi... but they will last for a whopping 2 months....... and possibly get stuck open....

a wet kit takes less pressure to run, so you can use a somewhat smaller pump.....

You sure about that? An in-tank fuel pump isn't too bad to change. Personally, I'd think the injectors would have more work involved to change. But I do agree with everyone else, go with the 255lph.
