First off the Corral is a website so I do not think they are taking calls today. 
A long block is a complete motor minus electronics, oil pan, and water pump. A short block is just the block and all of the assembled rotating internals.

Thanks for all the help, so, let's say I buy a long block. What are all the other components I have to buy that make the car run. Like, Do I have to buy a new distributor, Starter, etc. As I said, im 16, and I cant afford the Mustang Childrens Manual.... YET! MWAHAHHA.... by the way, any of you guys full-time mechanics? Im looking for a mechanic that I can trust to pay to do work on my car when I need it.
