A new Shaker Ram Air system is born! Introducing the 38 Special for the 3.8-liter Mustang 6-cylinder from Banshee Performance, creators of the original Ram Jet for the 1986-93 5.0 Mustangs. This is the only Ram Air Shaker application on the market that offers performance and styling enhancements in one product for the 3.8-liter Mustang crowd.
The 38 Special system consists of a functional high-impact urethane "Shaker" air collector, a dramatically styled fiberglass hood, high-temperature-rated ducting and a urethane air flow connector that connects the system to your existing stock air box. Also included are a stainless steel bracket attaching the Shaker above your stock intake manifold, anticorrosive hardware and instructions.
Banshee also offers this high-quality hood in a non-Shaker version (the SR71 fiberglass hood) for those who want the coolest-looking pony in town.
