Default mustang supercharger question

Ok, my dad drives a 98 mustang gt 4.6 automatic. He is already running in the low 12s but he is interested in buying a supercharger. He asked me to post two questions
1. will his car still be street leagle
2. What brand of supercharger should he get

Already running low 12's on the motor with a 98 GT auto? What does he have done to the car already?

I'd probably go with an aftercooled Vortech unit. His car would still be street legal with most Vortech kits. He might want to look into a TDC (Turbo Driven Concepts) turbo kit for his car. It would be quiet and make tons of power. Just do a search for TDC's website on yahoo.

1. Perfectly street legal

2. Vortech all the way.

Procharger makes a good product as well. Call Joe @ Fordspeed, they were running in FFW Renegade last year with a supercharged combo.. I'm sure they could point you in the right direction...

my dad wont tell me whats in it yet but im working on him. All i know is the flowmaster on it is soooo loud, i can hear him coming from 6 blocks or more. My mom always jokes about hearing me and my dad coming home, cause of my exhaust and my dads flowmaster! He has it dyno tuned and worked on every month by a guy called Dan Flowers. So thanx for the info
