The Contour does not have the little 1/4 window on the passenger doors. Check out the door handles as well.

Look at the roundness at the top of the rear windows on the Contour vs. the Grand Am. The Grand Am is more sloped towards the rear and the Contour is more rounded like the ugly green car. Also the 1/4 window you are referring appears to be the same size and shape as the Contours 1/4 panels.
As far as the rear doors go, they can be welded up.
