Default starting issues

ok just recently when my car gets warm/hot it struggles to start as if the battery is dead. it will start only 3 times when its warm/hot AFTER DRIVING ONLY. i tried jumping it and it doesnt help. if i let it sit in the driveway running for a while it will start back up with no problem. so im very confused

since i installed my 3g alt iv ADDED a second 4gauge ground from the motor to the battery and then when this started happening i ADDED another 6gauge ground from the chassis to the motor where the original bare cable is, replaced the positive battery terminal, cleaned all the ground surfaces, checked my timing (13degrees), and replaced the TFI. after all that it helped it but it still does it.

boss thinks it may be starter or cable from starter to solenoid. i dont think its either because it wouldnt start when it does it was
could i be wrong?????????
please help

ALSO i have new (has been tested as well) optima red top battery, starter is less than a year old, has msd blaster coil, newer plugs gaped at .40(but problem was happening even when they were at .54) new 9mm frord racing wires, newer cap and rotor, newer ignition switch, and msd 6A(tested it the other day and its good)

I would have to agree. It would be the first thing I replaced actually. What was the last thing you replaced before it started giving you problems?

Convert to a high-torque mini starter.Should solve the heat soak problem.

battery is a month old, and had it tested 3 times since
and it originally had a mini but went with the big one because their MUCH cheaper, EVERYONE has them, and ii never had a problem with the big ones in the past with other cars

have the timing at 11degrees and been checking it about every other day since its started doin this.
and new balancer, tfi, cap, rotor, and wires. so im pretty sure its not a timing issue.
the car runs GREAT...........................
,,,,,,its just gettin it to starts the problem

Probably just a weak starter.I have had this problem a couple of times with various 5.0 engines.
