Wow, customer service. What the heck.
So, I have this X-Pipe and CatBack I need installed. FordMan (Scott) refers me to a friend who is starting a Ford shop. I call the guy and talk to him on and off for 2 weeks while I am waiting for my back ordered Magnaflow stuff to come in..
When it finally does, I call the guy on a saterday morning to tell him it came in. The guy drops everything and tells me to come over so he can install it... He did a great job!
But, thats not the best part.....
Monday morning the guy calls me.. AND ASKS ME HOW I LIKE THE EXHAUST, AND TO MAKE SURE HE DID A GOOD JOB. Even if he did a shitty job, I would still have been happy after recieving that phone call. I have never had a performance shop call me to make sure everything was ok before.. Customer Service goes a long ways, even when its automotive related.
Scott, give the guys name and shop name.. I forgot already... I am not good with names.

Not good with names to say the least !
Dave Piercey
That is my future business partner if we ever get our zoning bullshit settled with the county. Our shop is done !
He has actually been in the area with his shop for 15 years he just is not flashy like the other shops. The trade off is you get good service and more knowledge than most of all the other shops combined. Plus he was a Ford tech for 14 years.
Thanks for the words I will tell him tomorrow while we are making some "adjustments"
Ive heard some good stories about this guy David. I was a yellow 94-95 GT he worked on at a MMTB show Friday. I didnt get clear detail about the shop location. Is it going to be off 301?
Yep... David called me saturday afternoon as well to see how the new clutch was turning out..

though for me, you'd have to change it to 10 inches, and you'd have to change inches to millimeters, and you'd have to change 10 to 5 and you'd have to change dick to poor excuse for one.
