10 degrees is factory setting. Thats 1st on the old skool mod list besides dumping the factory air box is to bump the timing

i understand that the 10 degrees is stock, thats why i put it back to 10 degrees. so that eliminates a possible problem

the cap, rotor and cap CUP r new as well.
and the new wires and plugs look new. dont know how else to put it

also at wot it doesnt have as much power as before but it clears up and doesnt surge or anything like that

When you start adding parts, you will no longer run STOCK timing!!! More air, more fuel, REQUIRES more timing. READ YOUR PLUGS!!

i had it set at 14 degrees before and put it to 10 degrees trying to eliminate problems

what do the plugs say? Also on the TPS voltage did you check the WOT voltage also?
Also did you clear the codes after changing / resetting the sensors?

well see heres the thing, my scanner will work on my friends 92 ranger and another friends 87 GT but wont do anything on my car. so i dont know wat codes r bein throwin if theres any

and the old plugs read normal

Did you clear them? Being you cant see if there are any, dont need a scanner for that

reset it: as in disconnect battery for 30+ minutes? yes i did

could it be O2's? iv changed them out but with others i THINK work.
