Default noise in the mustang!!!

Ok I need help on this one if I could give everyone joy rides in my frends stang to figure out what this noise is i would lol i a kinda loud whine noise comming from the rear end i only when you are costing or slowing down perhaps bearings or gears??? If anyone knows anything about rear ends email me or pm me we need to take care of this problem for my friends stang its his daily driver and has nothing else to get to work with.Its a 86 gt with the 8.8 still

found out what it was the problem it was the guy tht put in the 4/30 gears! didnt tighten the bearings soooooo the really fuked up the mesh and we were driven to my friends house were he was gunna check it out and then booomm 2 sec away from my friends house the gears couldnt take it anymore so the pinion gears decided to exit the back cover whre 90wt stinky shit was pouring out. any one have a set of 373 gears for sale if so pm me but it wasnt all that bad but hey at least we know what it was
