Mustang headers
For strictly fitment,.. BBK is probably the best that I have ever used. I've bought 4 sets of BBK long tubes and the fitment and perfect match to a BBK mid pipe was flawless. The other reason I like BBK is that the same mid pipe fits 4v, 2v and 5.0 long tube headers. Money no object I guess Kooks stainless are the best out there short of getting custom headers done.
The difference?
Not sure what your asking? Performance? Fitment? Cost? Or what?
Long tubes with a 4.6 is pretty much a nightmare no matter how you go about it. You'll pay through the nose paying someone else to install them,.. or if you do it yourself be prepared to drop the k-member in order to mount them. But performance wise there is no comparison. Shorty's just dont do it. Not if your looking for max effort performance.

Thanks for the replies everyone. Fixed he problem. I feel stupid but one of the clips broke on the harness to one of my coil packs. Runs so much better and 5th gear is working perfect.
