Basically, just make a resume. As young as you are, I would include volunteer work, extracurricular school activities, ect... to establish that you are a responsible person. Also when applying, ask for the store manager so that they can put a face to the resume. Usually, this will net you a preliminary interview on the spot (or in a day or two). This also makes it so you don't have to deal with the Human Resources department (and all of the delays involved with HR). Good luck!
