Personally, I would try and pick up a set of the Mavromont Pony Rs which are based on the stock Pony rims but are 17" and come in a variety of widths. The problem is it is a relatively small company that only gets inventory several times per year.

Welcome

Cobra-R's or Pony's will be the cheapest route.

There are a lot more options now then there ever has been. CCW makes 4 lug wheels for Fox cars as does Fiske and TSW if you want some exotic styled wheels. ROH makes a few different fox wheels as well. Then the classic Centerline, Craiger and Weld also make 4 lug wheels for Fox cars. Actually do have a lot of choices.

Its a Mustang,.. 4 lug or 5 lug,.. its all been done. They are a 'Me too' car.
Nothing wrong with a traditional look if thats all someone can afford.

Maybe for you.
Not everyone shares your point of view.

I've been around these cars since they were brand new. Owned a brand new 89 myself. I still find a clean unmolested car very appealing.
