That's a picture of it. I believe it's the headlight mounting panel for a 1994-98 Mustang. Mine on my 94 GT is a little shattered =[
Any help in locating this thing outside a Ford dealership would be GREATLY appreciated.

Dan,
it's the headlight header panel. i think i can get one through a ford connection for about $70 (though that may be a bit on the high side).
i'll get a firm price tomorrow and let you know.
