Well I refuse to leave my wife at home alone while I'm out carousing... (get it? carousing... hahah I kill myself ).
I screwed up my first marriage that way... :o
Once my son gets older and we can leave him with a babysitter.. it'll be a different story... she'll be able to go (and will want to) to just about everything.

You can ask Mike (4.6 power) about my wife, he knows how easy going she is about the whole car thing or going out in general.
She tells me to get out and do things because she knows it keeps me balanced and I spend a lot of time at home when I am not working. I just do not go out in excessive amounts.
So my priorities or interests are still in check.

I think I just spoiled my wife.... back before Leo was born, we had every other weekend to ourselves and we did everything together (even the girlies bars 
)... Now she's stuck at home... but it's a good kinda stuck... so I don't mind be stuck along with her

Scott, personally, I think the forum is running fine. I like the fact that we try to meet once a week, but we decide on what its going to be and can/will mix it up. I'm not big into making this more of a "club" with more formal meetings and hierarchy shit because that drags it down (see BADRAP for examples). If there is a cool event, we go, if not, we go to Hooters . So again, lets keep things the way they are now.
