What shifters are you guys (gals
) running on your 5-speeds ?
I have had my Hurst shifter in my car since new and I think it is time to upgrade, plus I am tired of ripping shifter handles off at the track.
The Hurst shifter was the only one available back in the day and now there are a ton of them to choose from.
Let me know what you have.
Thanks....

I run with the Steeda Tri-Ax... jury is still out on whether I like it or not.

i have the original black handled hurst in my 88 mustang ( its ok) i have the chrome handled hurst in my v8 ranger with a T-5 (worse that the black hurst) and i have the steeda tri-ax in my 1998 GT and i absolutely LOVE IT!!!!! :o i havent tried the pro-5.0 shifter but i have heard good things. the tri-ax just about shifts itself, I NEVER MISS A GEAR-NEVER.
I'm running with scissors because I don't have a shifter. From what I have read, seems that you can't go wrong with the Steeda Tri-Ax.
