i have 8 autolite non platinum plugs in it now, need one short plug. I googled the hell out of it and cant find anything other than than those two plugs will fit...taperd seat, 14mm, .708 reach. Both are listed as "header plugs" so i can only assume they both would be short? the 526(s) is double platinum, the 526 isnt. No one has them both in stock to check...

in the footnotes it denotes the (s) #'s as a header plug.

1.This application listing is to be used as a guide only. Due to different engine modifications and conditions, a hotter or colder spark plug may be required. To ensure correct spark plug application verify V.I.N. code on vehicle. 2. Prefix ^ sign
denotes new part numbers available 11/96. 3. Part number 276S may be used for Header applications in place of P/N 276. 4. Part number 576S may be used for Header applications in place of P/N 576. 5. Part number 574S may be used for

Header applications in place of P/N 574 or 274. 6. Part number 437S may be used for Header applications in place of P/N 137, 437. 7. May require additional Packs.

I know what you mean, I'm second guessing if they're not referring to some of the specific "chebby" numbers.
