Default intake manifold

i was wanting to get a intake manifold and had a few questions. i wanted one that bolts right up, would cobra be the cheapest or is there a better one that would be less and have more gains? and if i change it would i have to change anything else?

let me check with my friend on his throttle body, it's a 75mm, i think he might be going to a larger one.
