Just had a pair of Kuhmo 711 245/50R-16's put on the back of the Mustang. $184 mounted and balanced. Not a bad deal, and they seem to stick pretty well in the rain. I highly recommend these tires to other fellow cheap assholes like myself.

 

Now don't go pointing fingers at me...well ok go ahead.

i disagree, i bought a pair for my front, they are an inch fatter and softer compound than my old cooper cobras and yokahamas and they squeal slide and overall handle like shit....


the sidewall is super soft...

i will never buy them again.... as far as rain traction they have done well, but i'm not about going fast in the rain..

I could care less about how well they perform, especially since I'm selling the car. I just went for the cheapest replacements I could find since my old tires were down to the belts.


Chris...I purchased them through TiresPlus over on DaleMabry between Euclid and ElPrado. I do hear the 711's are good budget auto-x tires.
