I have a 1996 ford Thunderbird 4.6liter my obd2 is not getting power i think it is a fuse, does anyone know which fuse it is?

also reason i need to scan my car is because at minimal throttle my car runs like shit and stutters, mid to full throttle it is fine...have not clue what the deal is.. any help will be much appreciated

 

I would check them all. But I believe the cig lighter and the OBD2 port are on the same fuse.

thank you... i will check them all.... def not the cig lighter though that works... i hope the obd 2 plug isnt bad...that will just be ONE MORE THING lol
