Default help please

ok so i have a 92 GT and i think my problem is my IAC
1. when i come rolling up to a stop my r.p.m shoots up to about 1500r.p.m and then gradually goes down to 1000r.p.m and that as low as it goes. ( and i tried adjusting the idle and if i turn it down any lower it wont run)
2. when i try to get on it, mostly in lower gears, it stutters REALLY bad and starts back firing and wont go anywhere, as if someone all of a sudden put a bag over the intake. but if i ease into it it will pull, just not that great.

but today i drove to the gas station no problem, BUT WITH THE ISSUES I JUST STATED, and after i filled up i went to turn on the car. it started up but literally would not drive. i give it some gas to drive off and it started stuttering and back firing but absolutely no power to even move. if i gave it any gas it would struggle to even get to 2000r.p.m.
so i unplugged my MAF and all of a sudden it drove again.

i believe its probably somethin small and simple like TPS, MAF, or IAC but im not sure yet. so if anyone has an idea it would greatly appreciated
thanks

Remove the MAF sensor from its housing and gently clean with some QD Electronic Cleaner from Wally World. Its in the Auto dept. If that doesn't help your sensor may be bad or the wiring associated with it. Any Codes?

Take his advice, not Mr. "yo bro it's the idle"'s...

If you un-plugged the MAF and it ran perfectly what does that tell you boss?

i know for a fact my IAC is bad but i dont know if thats my main problem.

but i also ran the codes and code 15 come up :
FAILURE IN ELECTRONIC CONTROL ASSEMBLY (ECA) -
PROBLEM WITH KEEP ALIVE MEMORY
i had the MAF unplugged for about 10 minutes before and during the testing
