Well i dont know exactly what it would do for you...

But i know when i first put 4.10's in my daily ( 00' GT ) I went from the Epa 25 mpg to 22 Mpg hwy

Where 4.10's kill you is city driving.... Like getting stuck at light after light. That tends to suck up gas. But if your not in a hurry and can drive chill it will really help out your Mpg's

Well I know it works on a Mustang....have you done mods on a late model F-150? Curious if its even worth it (performance wise). Most of my driving is in town, light to light driving. Not looking for a "race" truck, but to me, the F-150's are lacking a lot of low end take off

switching MAF's is almost always Never plug and play

Dude, It helped Steve's truck... Put a set of headers and exhaust on his '06 5.4L and picked up 5mpg. Sounds like nothing but god damnit thats 5 extra miles he can roll till empty. Lol

Technically if he has a 25 gallon tank,.. 5x25 = 125 miles.
