I actually pulled off the side of the road to snap this beauty ! 
I have seen it for a while but finally had the digital in the car.
I need to get a close up sometime but thes guy actually spraypainted stuff on the car ! Sweet....

What is sticking outta the hood is the modified blower for the z those years that are very rare to find. You should have asked him if he was selling it.

I saw that car about 1year and 1/2 ago on Fletcher by USF pulling out of Fontana Hall, The thing almost ran off the road, Dude can't drive and the car sounds like chit. I was LMAO at him and the girl he was with.

That looks pretty pathetic...
There used to be Red Prelude in the Plant City area, that was just as bad, I guess he couldn't afford stickers so he wrote the names of companies on his fender with a marker.
