Finally got the Lemon Drop back from Race Related today. The big hold up was the tranny shop. So now the AOD works....sorta. It likes to shift into 3rd at about 2000rpm at around 20mph on a slow acceleration. Overall, the thing likes to skip 2nd and just go into 3rd AND won't downshift easily into 2nd. It won't hit 4th (OD) by itself...I have to manually upshift and downshift in and out of OD myself. I'm bringing it back to have it looked at. Thank god for the 1-year warranty on the tranny rebuild.

So...now that I have it back, she is officially for sale. I'm asking $8000 with a new top, or $7000 with the top it has right now. If anyone knows anybody who would be interested in a damn nice fox-body convertable, PLEASE let them know about my car. I need to get rid of it ASAP.

 

Is this the same Lemon Drop that Sola Mata Me had or just a coincidence(SP)?
