possible blend air door actuator stuck, Im trying to remember what year ford switched from vaccum to electric operated a/c box. I know 01 pickups have the electric actuators. Not sure on the mustangs, Does it switch from vent, to defrost?

the blend air door actuator ( hot to cold ) is on the bottom of the a/c box, and its a little bit of a PIA to get to to change out, because it has a rod made into it. And it goes in from the BOTTOM! They are notroious for freezing up, on the F-150s and Expeditions...

post a pic of the line thats off, that may be a heater hose. Most will bypass the heater core when they start to leak....hopefully thats not the situation but a good possibility
