I like the Stormin Nornin on a small cowl. Some try to copy it on a larger cowl and the look retarded

 

Ditto,.. I've never been a fan of any hood that have nostrils or fake air ducts in them. Not on Mustangs. They work for certain cars. Even the 70's Mach 1 style ducts dont work for me.

But like he said,.. its not about what we like. Its your car. Do what you like.

I never really understood why mainly the younger guys let the opinions of others dictate what they do to their car. If you like it just do it. I hear so often about how they want their car to be different,.. to stand out and not be like everyone else. I'm sorry,.. but its a Mustang. Mustangs are a 'Me 2' car. Hundreds of thousands of them out there. What ever your thinking about doing to be different,.. I guarantee at least 50 other people have already done it. There isnt much that hasnt been tried with these cars.

If you see a hood you like,.. just do it. Dont worry about what others think. We all have different opinions. Olders guys like me have our own idea's of what looks right on these cars and the youngers guys are usually a little more 'adventurous' when it comes to adding things to their cars.

If its a true Stormin Norman hood it has a duct system that goes to the stock air box and functional...I'm with you on the fake ones too
