needs paint, a good tune up, and a little bit of cleaning.
seems to run good so far and has some mods.
weld rims, 373 gears, short shifter, performance clutch, flowmaster mufflers, and a cam not sure what kind though.

Little bit of time and elbow grease and that car can clean up nice.
Do the right thing and fix everything you find thats wrong with it. It really doesnt cost that much to get these cars in really nice condition. Just have patience and do as much as you can yourself.
