The parts are from Ebay. The mirrors are just 01 towing mirrors. The grill is an 07 that they cnc cut and add clips to make fit with 99-04 bumpers. It takes longer to take it out of the box than to install. The headlights were the hardest part. You have to cut out parts of the header panel and mock fit it quite a few times to get it right. Just ebay search super duty conversion and 01 headlights and the parts will come up. The headlights included adapters to plug into my lights wiring. Headlights are like 160 and grill is around 300.

I think MKM Customs is the seller? If I am correct, I bought my 6.0 Bulletproof kit from them and seen there 05-07 grille kits, I was thinking about going to the chrome kit, but now am seriously thinking about getting my Excursion Painted all black and murdering it out. Looks really good.

I'm not doing the tailgate. I am changing badges and lifting the truck a little more. I got a pretty funky steering stabilizer and some fancy shocks on backorder. I will post some pics when I do it.
