Alan gearworks is probably one of the best in the area but be warned he is a pompus ass and only wants to do things exactly his way. You will have the get the gears he wants you to use etc.
For your setup their's no reason you shouldn't/couldn't go to Fordspeed and save yourself a few bucks and liekly end out with the same result. I believe alan charges $209 for gears and $288 for install plus the misc. charges for fluids, bearings if needed, shims and so on.
