I gotta get me one of those SHM motors so I can run mid 11's too. Oh wait, I already do that with my little ol' stock short block. Whew, guess I saved some money there.

OTOH, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and say he must have some serious tuning issues that he's working out.

or i could say that my stock short block 92 ran 9.90's at 135 4 years ago and that you should try to figure out why that ratty bucket of yours only goes 11's. I could get more for my in car DVD player than you could sell that coupe for. When you want to quit toying with yesterdays technology step up to the plate and try to do something different.

Owww, guess we hit a raw nerve there. Sorry 'bout that. Yup, my coupe's kind of ratty and probably cost's less than your DVD player. No argument there. OTOH, its just a daily driver not a trailered car so I'm pretty happy with what it does. The reason it doesn't go any faster than 11's is because my goal was low 12's. I accidentally overshot just a bit. Matter of fact, I've been tweaking it back lately. It's a bit slower than it used to be.

Just keep on tweaking and throwing some more money at it and I'm sure you'll be able to get that high tech thing to run as well as your low tech '92 did 4 years ago. But, if you think mid 11's for what you've got in that car is good, more power to you.

Tony
