Need Alternator Rebuilt
My alternator took a dump last night and now I'm not sure whether to have this one rebuilt or to just save a little up and buy a beefed up one from a company. Does anyone around here know of someone who does a good job rebuilding alt's and if so can they build them up for more amps?

Just go buy a new 3G 130a alternator from Napa. Ask for the 94-95 Mustang alternator.

Will's is a little far for me to get there till next weekend. IIRC Skee on here works there as well. I found a place in Clearwater that has done a few rebuilds on Cobra alt's and knows what needs to be upgraded to handle it.

I hope it's not Ace Auto Electric in Clearwater. Used to work for that place for a year, just recycles parts from old alternators that they told people were bad and sells them to you as new parts 
. If it is new it's not geniune OE, just some cheap chinese supplier. Knows his stuff but shady as hell.
