Default Track day mechanical gremlins!

Well, first off, we we're pretty lucky nobody seriously broke anything. Scott (FordMan) seemed to have the worst luck, breaking not only his brand new Auburn Gear posi in the burnout box, but his serpentine belt decided it wanted to fall apart upon his arrival at the track. Thank god he was able to get one delivered right to the track :o

Besides Scott's mishap, everything seemed to be OK until on his last run, Stangerang's (Dustin) car really screwed up a spark plug. The jury is still out on exactly why it happened. Some say piston contact, others say it may have melted. Either way, it was pretty scary since he lives in St. Pete! Dustin luckily got hold of a spare plug, replaced it and babied (yeah, right) his car home.
