Shifting AOD!!
Im 16 years old and i got my licence 3 months ago and my dad bought me a 1993 LX 5.0. Since then ive put a 4.10 gear and Flowmasters in. I was wondering how do u shift the automatic AOD. You start in L (1st) then what do u do? Shift up to 2nd then back down to first? Thats what some kid told me. Please help
well its not very nice on the trans...but what i used to do when i had AOD was start in L when u hit ur shift point click it into D wait for it to shift and imediatly pull it back down in L, u can feel the whole car jump and accelerate alot harder, but its sooo terrible on the trans...but who cares AOD suck wiener anyways..blow it the fuck up

though for me, you'd have to change it to 10 inches, and you'd have to change inches to millimeters, and you'd have to change 10 to 5 and you'd have to change dick to poor excuse for one.

heh mines in the shop because of that I bet, but oh well, I wanted a fresh tranny. There is no safe way bro, get a chip to make it shift firmer and it will be great. Im currently looking into a chip now.
