Ok, now that we got the obvious out of the way.....I need someone to come to my house and give me a hand pulling this transmission out of my limo. The third bolt up on the drivers side has totally screwed me so far. I've been working on it for two days now. I've broken a 3/8 drive universal, a 3/8 drive 3 inch extension, bent a 3/8 drive 6 inch extension, broken a 13 mm socket......all on this same bolt. Now, I HAVE a 1/2 inch drive extension....and universal. But not enough to reach the whole way up there. (Which is why I keep breaking the 3/8 stuff) Anyone got more 1/2 drive extensions? I also need a 1/2 drive 13mm socket. (not a deepwell)


I'm dreading trying to pull the top two bolts, because I have NO IDEA how I'm going to reach them. Ideas which don't involve pulling the motor are welcome.

 

 

I have allof what you need and would give you a hand, but im 130 miles north of you right now lol. I know sears has a 1/2 ext thats like 12 or 16 inches long if im not mistaken, im not sure on the price tho. Best of luck man.

I have an air impact and 3/8 ratchet. I do have extentions too. 1/2 not sure. when do you want it?

 

I have no air. Thats why I said electric impact.
