Damn dude...sorry to see that happen to you. Looks like the Mustang was crunched pretty hard. If they don't total it, I would highly suggest ditching it for another.

I hope it is totaled, but not sure. I looked up the value of my car and "trade in" was $13,900 (or somewhere around there) and "resale" was $17,385. I'll have to wait and see.

Don't take the first offer from your insurance company. Tell them how long you looked for that car and how good the condition of it was, blah, blah.
They have to pay you whatever it takes to get a compareable car so some insurance compamies just give you the amount between retail and trade in.
Hammer there ass and then go after the drunk bitches insurance company (if she has any).

Her insurance was called Fla. Joint Underwritting Assoc. I don't know how legit that is.

Talk to a lawyer....it's so simple just tell him the story and watch as he skillfully bends her over and sticks it in her butt without any lube. She is so screwed and all you need to do is make one phone call. A lawyer worth his bottom-feeding scum will know what to do!

I dunno...my guess is one who advertises on TV. TV ads cost lots of $, thus a lawyer advertising on TV must make lots of $...catch my drift? Actually a customer of mine is an accident lawyer. Paul Boire of Kinney, Fernandez and Boire. I believe he represents accident victims. If you call him, tell him Joe from the dry cleaners sent you.
