My friend wants to race me in his Mom's (hahaha) 2000 Gt its an automatic so about how much hp does it have? and should I be able to take him in my stock 5.0?

It's heavier and auto... I think you'll lose, but not badly.

 

i think you'll lose, but it depends on what you have and the launch..... it will be a close race....

 

we'll see If I can beat him hopefully i will race him tonight. I'll post what the outcome is!

210 rwhp is correct and it was dynoed a couple of years ago at 200 even. I just gotta get this kid to race I wanna know if I can win.

 

dont bet $....ull lose...dont know by how much but those auto's are rather suprising.

 

Well I ended up racing him.... I lost by one car length as you all predicted. I jumped about 2 cars ahead from the launch and then slowly he kept creaping up and then finally passed me and then we both slowed down as my bumper slowly left his rear. I can't beleive you guys were right on!!!!
