jam a 4 way lug wrench on it and pull up as you turn. should come off.

but this nut is different than most u would see.
its perfectly smooth around ans the teeth r on the inside. so the 4way or socket wont work

A. Find a socket around the same size as the lock and pound it on with a hammer

B. Go to a wheel/tire installer. They most likely have a tool to remove them.

Dont know if you want to pay but you can bring it to a sears auto center and they charge you 5 dollars a lock if im not mistaken. This way you dont have to deal with it and some poor basterd like me gets stuck doing it....just food for thought. I bought a set from sears that makes it easier, but they dont always come off as easily as they they say they do.
