The cost should be relativley low unless we do not get enough to commit. Otherwise we can all just meet at the track on one of the normal publically open days (prefer Sat. or Sun.) and hang out race bench race etc.. I am sure I can swing the tower access either way whether or not we rent the track or just go on normal public day.

Either way it will be a good time.

 

I ordered it two days before I got your check so my part is complete at this point. Now we just have to wait for Ford to get caught up on the FR500 stuff.

i can have the H-Pipe in one day so let me know.

 

No excuses here but for the record that was the first time to the track with the new suspension.

And remember I am power adder free.

Shall we slap a 100 shot on my car and go at it again or we can run motor vs. motor.

 

I talked to Wade at the track tonight and he will give me a good price to rent the track for 6 or so hours. If we can get 15 or so people to go the price will be right per person. I will give exact prices after I nail down some details with him.

Shit lets put this back as far as we can so I can get a tranny in that doesnt grind. Anyway we can get an evening time setup for some cool weather runs?

 

Evening is not the best time to get runs believe it or not. The mid morning time is usually the best because the track has heat in it for traction and it is not blazing hot out yet which kills h.p..

The evening will usually give more m.p.h. but less e.t. because the heat / traction is going away from the track but the cooler air makes for more horsepower which equals more m.p.h..

Did I loose anyone there ?

I will set it up for a start time around 9-10 a.m..

Oh man gotta wake up at like 6 am to be there Last time I was there it was hot as hell regardless how early it was in the morning. Be nice if would be cool like it has been the past few days with a good strong tailwind
