Default why is my car running like crap?

the car doesnt want to idle very well it when it does it idles high to prevent stalling.i have a 70mm bbk t/b on it and it makes all sorts of noise whistling real loud in and out like its breathing i think it might be broken somehow?. and it goes in out of tune. one minute it will be driving good next minute hesitating and stalling constantly. the rpms while driving kind of go crazy like the computer and the gas pedal want to do two different things so the idle and rpms are both going up and down randomly.it has aluminum heads and a trickflow cam and intake.the motor was out of a 95 5.0 but has 91 computer and is all set up for a fox.im just trying to figure this out any new input would be appreciated besides to go carb

The whistling noise is normal with a BBK! You might want to get a custom tune or have the tps check out!

And without a doubt, you can do the basic tuning that most over look. TPS, IAC, timing blah, blah, ect.

Could be many different things... Check the 10 pin connectors (black and white-salt/pepper) between the firewall and the upper intake. Make sure there is good contact between the male/female pins. Pull them apart and gently spread the male pins so they make good contact. It is free and may/may not help your problems.
