Default C4 to T5 swap on carbed 306!!! need help with neutral safety switch

I just did the c4to t5 swap, all went rather smooth except now when I turn the key it just turns, I thought maybe the lock cylinder for key broke so I took a trip to advance and replaced it, put new one in still same problem, Raymond (riverviewnative) told me its the Neutral safety switch, but on the last 5 speed swap i did the nss harness was under car left of tranny, this car there is not one there, Ray said its a black harness by kick panel, with 8 wires. I ran the test light and got nothing!!! And also do i have to run a wire from the Ignition wire to the selonoid? Does anyone know where the Neutral Safety Switch harness is by the kick panel. Pics would help also. Call Text Tyler 352-556-8283

Under the car, by the trans. You should of had to unplug it to remove tranny.
It also has the wires for back up lights

Does it still have the plug by the pedal?? You should be able to see it if you shine a light under the dash by the clutch pedal. If the plug is still there you can stick a fuse in the plug and it will jump it.
