Default need help thanks

hello i have a 96 v6 stang.i jsut recently got it..i was driving it one day and it started going to the right then left ever so often and nothin worse than going 55 and almost going off the road,then i jsut recently started hearin a tick when i turned..any ideas of what it could be??thanks

Check the ball joints or control arm bushings

Is the car lowered? Wide wheels on the front,.. 245 tread or wider? Either or the combination of the 2 will effect the alignment to the point where it wanders and follows the grooves in the road.

Get an alignment. If the technician is any good he will let you know if any of the suspension components are bad and need replacement.

If the car is severely lowered you will need a dropped tie rod end kit. Steeda is the most popular and the most expensive but there are others on the market.
