Default Dave Hance wrecks hard in the 10.5 car

Took this from yellow bullet

David Hance of Inwood, NY, was ninth and looking to move into the top half of the Flowmaster Extreme 10.5 (XTF) field with his fourth and final qualifying attempt, but instead wound taking a hard hit against the left wall near the eighth-mile mark.
Hance appeared to drift left out of the groove, then got over toward the center line before taking a hard left into the concrete.
It took a few minutes to extricate him from the car with its driver’s door wedged tight against the wall, but fortunately, Hance eventually climbed free, unhurt in the accident.

He climbed free of THAT without injury?! Jesus Christ! Congratulations to him for surviving that and doing it without being hurt, fuck feeling bad about not qualifying!

We took out his hemi and put in his big block chevy drag radial motor a few months back, car was clean. Glad he's ok, just sucks that his race (shakedown at e town) is around the corner.

Wow, hard to believe he didn't get hurt in that crash. Glad he made it thru.

That sucks.

Saw that car when it was over at Ford Speed. It really was a beautiful ride.

But in the end its the fact that he is ok. Thats all the matters. Cars can be rebuilt, people cant.
