It sounds like a great deal but it seems really shady for the price?

It's legit, from my understanding. Just the quality of the parts you get is very low.

I must mention to you that this set up with t3 t4 turbos is also something that you would only want to use with a completely stock mustang, these turbos will not handle anything more than like 350 hp if you do add these things to a modded mustang you will have problems because the turbos are not built to rev as fast as they would with a modded motor. Just like the guys said up above me you literally get what you pay for.

Those turbo's are crap! The turbine housing will crack very quickly. The design is very poor. If you wanna go turbo do it right, $900. ebay turbo kits for any car are worthless.

I just looked that link, there are a few things from looking at the pictures that they are not telling you... There are several of those joints/fittings that are welded, and unless you can do that, it is more money added in the cost of the kit. Also, the BOV's are welded on.. another cost... It does list that you will need a manifold, but if you are going to get one made, you can use one that will fit a larger housing and just sell the other ones.. From the looks of things, there is no hot side tubing at all... And honestly, you would be better off to buy that, and add the cold side to it... IMO...
Lastly, if you look at it, it is a 2 core intercooler, basically each turbo has one small intercooler... at first glance you don't notice it, but look close and you will see what I am saying... not a bad kit for a stock car wanting to add some cheap hp..
