Need Car knowlege on fords

91 lx mustang 5.0 has no power,willnot rev past 3000rpms ,starts losing fuel psi ,not fuel pump or fuelfilter ,new wires ,cap distibuter,iact,module,ecc,tpc,coil so what could it be

Why do you say its not the fuel pump? Not too many reasons why it would loose pressure. That would be the FIRST place to start.

most likely the fuel pump .Even a new cheap pump can be bad
