Default Which sensor to change

Have a problem idling on a v6 3.0 ranger 2001 or 2003 don't know which year.

Well change the throttle position sensor or the mass air?

How many miles are on the truck? Did you finish changing the spark plugs? What did you gap them at? It should be .044 no more/no less. Mine recently had a terribly bad stumble at idle all the way to half throttle causing it to throw 2 codes ( P0303 & P0316 ) which are misfire at number 3 and misfire before the 1st 1,000RPM. I replaced the ignition coil pack with one from Advance Auto Parts last week and the stumbling has not returned and the codes are gone. Truck had 96K on it when it had the stumble.

My camshaft has hair on it. I need a weed whacker.
