About my focus

I know this is going to sound strange but when I get into the focus and drive without the seat belt well even sitting in the car with the key turned on the seat belt sensor goes off like 5 secs and then trips every 1-2 mins as a reminder to buckle up . This is really annoying not so much as driving ( cause I always buckle ) but as far as sitting or driving a very short distance . Is there a way that I can stop that annoying beeping .

That kid with the black ZX3 with Focuz written on the windshield told me he did this to his car. He use to come around the TR meets back when we were hanging in that old theater parkinglot at the end of Dale Mabry.
I believe it is only one wire wrapped in electrical tape.
