One head may perform better than another head depending on the application. Way to many variables to just say this head is better than that head.

Keep the AFR's!!!! Its all in preference really. Out of the box I think the AFR's will perform better.

i have a set of stage 3 ported canfields they are a work of art!! i love them they started off as 192cc castings and now after the porting the intake ports are just as large as my trickflow intake (which are freaking massive). i cant say if they are better than AFR's (i have had the pleasure of seeing AFR 225's and they are works of art also) either way u will have a good set of heads. i got my canfields (already ported with crane 1.6 rr's) for $1050, i did have to make a day trip to alabama to pick them up (save cash on shipping plus look before i buy and also prevent them from geting screwed up in shipping lol
