Red face strut question?

hey guys i have another question. i just changed out my k member for a tubular one and im also doing a 5lug swap on the front. my question is are 4cyl and v8 struts the same? im having trouble getting the bolts to line up with my old struts and the 1994 front spindle? any help would be great. i thought they were all the same??

You have to slot one of the holes to make it work or update with sn 95 struts if the bottom of the strut is not clearing the ball joint...Struts are close to the same length will interchange but the sn 95 strut has shorter length of material under the bracket in order to clear the taller ball joints studs

P.S. check out my lincoln thread in the projects for pics

96 struts are to long, you need 87-93 V8 struts.

I agree SN struts are too long

If you're having problems with the strut clearing the ball joint, USE THE CORRECT BALLJOINT, dont stack washers on top of the old one....
